The Vancouver Circus School was invited to teach all types of juggling and ground level circus activities to the public at a tent provided by the City of Richmond, for the Richmond Ozone during the first week of the Vancouver 2010 Olympics.
We had a very busy tent during our time there!
These are some of the the activities our instructors taught:
One of our Aerial Silk students, Taryn was on holiday at Club Med and was watching a circus show and when she asked the staff, “May I try the silks?” They told her that they actually don’t teach aerial silks. She proudly responded, “I have a routine ready”.
Impressed with this ambitious, enthusiastic girl, the staff dressed her up and put her in front of the audience!
