The Vancouver Circus School is an independent, coach-directed circus and acrobatic program operating in B.C.’s Lower Mainland. The school is owned and operated by circus and acrobatic coaching professionals, and offers the opportunity for Lower Mainland residents, young and young at heart, to experience the thrill and excitement of learning the “art of circus.”
The School operates under the direction of Aaron Johnson, former Canadian National Trampoline Coach and Acrobatic/Artistic Coach for the Cirque du Soleil. The Vancouver Circus School offers strong recreational programs suitable for students of all ages and abilities. Participants in our programs can expect to have FUN, improve STRENGTH and FLEXIBILITY, improve FITNESS, improve SPATIAL AWARENESS and experience positive social interactions with peers in a collaborative group working environment.
The Vancouver Circus School provides and supports students interested in professional development. Aspiring circus artists interested in performing opportunities with the Inner Ring, the professional circus company of the Vancouver Circus School is always considered for advanced training.
